Precautions for choosing textile defoaming agent:
Not all the textile processing will produce foam, normally foam formation in the operation of these five different procedures, sizing, pretreatment, dyeing, printing and finishing. As a result of stirring and machine shaking, the emergence of foam problems, foam has a serious impact on the quality of textiles, so we need pay attention to choose defoaming agent.
1. Choose the right type of defoamer.Different defoaming agents are used at low, medium and high temperatures. If the choice of defoaming agent is not good, it will cause demulsification, bleaching, delamination and other phenomena.
2. Add the dosage of defoamer correctly.Different manufacturers of products, the amount of addition is also different, excessive dosage may appear drifting, demulsification and other phenomena;If the dosage is too low, the anti-foaming effect may not be obvious and the anti-foaming time may not be long.
3. Because the machine continues to use defoaming agent, so it is best to clean the cylinder regularly, add oil agent when cleaning, with more mixed cloth, and then the hot water overflow cylinder.
4. Defoaming agent performance should be good, so as to avoid foam in the next process, no silicon spot, in line with environmental requirements.
